This is the largest building in Flint Township and outside downtown Flint
This 8-story building was the anchor development in Flint Township. It featured a large 6-story atrium with extensive borrowed sunlight, stores, offices, a grand covered open-air entrance, and a workout facility. Specialized solar glass was used to reduce utility expenses to the tenants. Some spaces were already leased and required custom build-outs utilizing different materials from those common on each floor. There were no incidents or injuries during the construction of this large project.
