Constant communication was key to keeping the library open during construction.
This was a challenging renovation project on a 40 year old, 4-story library. The project qualified for LEED Silver Certification, highlighted by an environmentally friendly green roof. This was a multi-phased project which required close coordination with the owner and library staff to ensure that there was no disruption to the library operations, which remained open the entire project.
