Our scope involved preconstruction services and building of two commercial retail shell buildings for future tenant improvements for a private developer.
The exterior shell was developed using a unique selection of colors and materials, ranging from decorative architectural stone to corrugated metal siding along with EIFS and aluminum storefronts. Awning systems were provided at some of the entrances for shade and lighting protection.
