Lake St. Charles Restroom Remodel
Our scope involved the interior demolition and renovation of existing bathrooms, and upgrading the water service.
The interior slab was removed so that plumping could be reconfigured to meet the new aesthetics and ADA standards. The buildings were entirely refurbished with new concrete slabs, plumbing and electrical fixtures, flooring, walls, paint, partitions, and toilet accessories. Additionally, the existing water service was upgraded to 2″ line with new meter and backflow preventer to accommodate the automatic plumbing fixtures.
