E&L utilized the executive suites after the initial build-out.
E&L was especially interested in finishing this project. This was to be their new Florida home. The utilities and power were brought to their appropriate locations, a final grade was achieved, interior slab was poured, conduit for low voltage was installed, interior walls, ceiling installation, doors/frames/hardware, cabinetry and kitchen equipment installation, men’s and women’s restrooms, flooring, paint, and new storefront.
