Tod Olsen
Tod brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He started working for his father who was an electrical contractor and custom home builder. He grew the experience from being a licensed electrician into a superintendent role with a general contractor. His experience ranges from commercial modular buildings, dental and health clinics to ground up construction, build outs and tilt wall.
Tod believes that leadership and commitment are best experienced by those who get their hands dirty. Directing from the bully-pulpit earns more disdain than climbing in the foxhole with the troops. Earned respect comes from leading by example.

- Ground up completion of a 72,000 sq. ft. 2 story building for Central Command at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL
- Led a team that completed 4 barracks buildings that totaled 260,000 sq. ft. at Fort Sill, Lawton, OK
- Ground up completion of a 50,000 sq. ft. 2 story modular building for the Tampa VA Hospital, Tampa, FL
- Assistant Superintendent for completion of a 230,000 sq. ft. 2 story building for Army Material Command
- Delivered/managed installation of a 2-story 70,000 SCIF modular building US CENTCOM at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL
