The White Dress

Attention to detail was the hallmark of this project in every aspect. The project was awarded the Noecker Award for 1st place in commercial construction in Brighton, MI. It was also a “Finalist” in the Build Michigan Award for Construction Excellence.

This award-winning bridal boutique became the “anchor” for downtown Brighton, MI.  A radiussed display wall greets the future brides at a custom reception desk featuring a solid surface counter and a step-down “contract” area.  The entry is carpeted while the remainder of the store featured hardwood floors.  The New York style boutique  features an open-floorplan, 4 private bridal show rooms, each with its own private dressing room.  The show floor included 12 custom wedding dress racks and custom lighting.

Additionally E&L constructed 5 retail spaces in the lower level housing a photography studio, candy store, salon, Pure Michigan internet office as well as a kitchen and bath showroom in the rear of the upper level.
