We spent less than 80 hours on design on this project
Our scope involved the design management and fast-track building of an interior renovation of an existing gym and storage room into an expanded gym with uni-sex bathroom.
The existing interior was demolished, new walls were built, new lighting, fire alarm component relocation, new HVAC vents and rebalancing, door/frames/hardware, new flooring, painting, new tile ADA restroom with fixtures and accessories.
